August 2023 Mental Health Resources

The Wellness Committee wanted to share some mental health resources from Headspace and Spring Health as many staff process the Active Shooter training drill this morning and others prepare for the Sensory Inclusive training on September 5th. We want staff to be aware of FREE resources available that may be helpful in processing difficult emotions due to these traumatic scenarios.
