6.19 Name Badges
All employees and volunteers will wear a Library-issued name badge, both at Library
facilities and offsite when representing the Library, so members of the public can identify
staff. Name badges should be worn in non-public areas at the Library for security purposes.
Employees are provided their first name badge at no expense. If a badge is lost or damaged,
replacements can be obtained from the Human Resources Department at the employee’s
expense. Employees and volunteers will return badges to Human Resources or their
supervisor/manager on their last day of employment.
