The “Two Month Rule” refers to the practice of responsible staff getting their programs into the marketing team on the first of the month, and at least two months prior to the event taking place. The Marketing Team still works about two months in advance for promotions, however, the “Two Month Rule” is not a strict rule. If we have less time, we cannot guarantee as much promotion (based on available time and capacity for the team). We will do our best to provide any support we can, even on short notice.
Please note this rule does not include the process for approval with your manager and coordinator. This process should begin 3 and 4 months out in most cases. Confirm with them on their processes.
